⚠️ Important: Do not send any item back without receiving prior approval and instructions. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:

Complete the return process for your original item.
Once approved, place a new order separately for the replacement item.

This ensures faster processing and better stock availability.

🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Defective
Incorrect

💵 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Processing times vary by bank and payment provider, so please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If the return is denied due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you.
