Bhutan Philatelic Bureau issued a set of 3 miniature sheets in March 2021. All 3 souvenir sheets (10+10+1=21 stamps) were printed on Rayon Silk material. The issue commemorates the Green Mantra which is related to Tara, the ‘Mother of All Buddhas’.

The face value 3 sheets is 1500 Ngultrum = 1500 Rupees
